Tool box talk and safety orientation. Receive work permit from client and implement safety in respected area according to the instructions. Assigned to remain outside and in closes proximity to a confined space. Maintain an accurate count of all persons within the area. Monitor activities inside and outside the confined space to determine whether it remains safe for the entrants to remain inside the confined space. Testing LEL(lower explosive limit) through LEL meter. Analys area to ensure hazardous atmosphere is not present like (toxic gases, flame able gases etc). continuous communication with the worker from outside the space.
Chemical Plant Operator
Through out inspection of over all plant andMaintain water level of storage tank. Check raw material storage tank level and note it consumption.Take parameters reading. Action against troubleshooting.
